  • A DUI CONVICTION results in the revocation of driving privileges.
    • 1st Conviction = minimum 1 year revocation
    • 2nd Conviction = minimum 5 year revocation (for a second conviction in a 20-year period)
    • 3rd Conviction = minimum 10 year revocation
    • 4th Conviction = lifetime revocation
