- A DUI CONVICTION results in the revocation of driving privileges.
- 1st Conviction = minimum 1 year revocation
- 2nd Conviction = minimum 5 year revocation (for a second conviction in a 20-year period)
- 3rd Conviction = minimum 10 year revocation
- 4th Conviction = lifetime revocation
- If a person is convicted of DUI, he or she could face a jail sentence up to one year as well as a $2,500 fine.
