Conditions that compromise a driver’s capacity for safe driving include:

  • Impaired Driving – driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
  • Fatigued Driving – driving while tired.
  • Distracted Driving – driving while your mind is preoccupied with other tasks and not focused on the driving task.
  • Aggressive Driving – driving in a way that compromises your safety and the safety of others.

Impaired Driving

Every privilege in life involves a corresponding responsibility. Although adults age 21 and older are allowed to drink alcohol, with that privilege comes the responsibility of protecting one’s personal safety as well as the safety of others.
